We are a Medicaid provider. If you or your loved one has Medicaid Long Term Care, home care may be covered according to the services your plan authorizes. We walk you through every step.
How it works in Florida
In Florida, Medicaid long-term care is delivered through the Statewide Medicaid Managed Care (SMMC) Long-Term Care program. Each member is enrolled in a managed care plan, and a case manager from that plan decides which services and how many hours are authorized.
Once the plan authorizes services with R&D Golden Care, we coordinate the schedule and the caregiver with the family.
